The definition of coaching truly is left up to each individual coach in how they work with clients and what modalities and techniques they choose to utilize. Unlike counselling or therapy, coaching has no set scope of practice. Nor does it have any regulations or governing body. It is completely up to the coach what he/she wishes to do in order to achieve the client’s desired results.
With that being said, my explanation of my form of coaching is first and foremost to make sure I am creating and conducting a session with unconditional love and that there is a trust in the client’s own wisdom that they and only they know what is true and right for them.
