What to expect

Life and performance coaching is such a new industry that only about half of the population know about its existence, and of those people even less have a well-versed knowledge of what it really entails.

The coaching service only took off within the past 10 years and because it is usually just 1 on 1, the entire process really depends on who the coach is and can dramatically vary  from one coach to the next based on their style.

Unlike counselling or therapy, life-coaching has no boundaries.  It is completely up to the coach what he/she wishes to do in order to achieve the desired results.

For myself this is why I find coaching to be such an expanding and flourishing industry.  It doesn’t have to be a long drawn out process of talking about the past or previous problems.  Nor does it have to take years and years in order to make a change.

In our session you can expect to be listened to and understood, but also to not dwell on the problem and focus on it.  You can expect to have more internal resources developed and different perspectives to look from.  You can expect to have a good understanding of the Six Human Needs model, which explains so many emotions/actions like anger, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage etc.  You can expect to use some NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) exercises to help change and maintain states and open up new perspectives.  Lastly you can expect change.  I strongly believe that everyone can change, and that it can happen in a very short amount of time.  In our session you can expect me to do everything in my power to help you achieve your desired result.
