If you were having a conversation with a friend and they asked the question “are you doing your best?” What would you say? Yes? No? Depends on the area?
If you did say yes, how would you know? How do you know when you’re doing your best in all areas of life? The answer quite simply, is because you know when you’re not doing your best.
Deep down you know when you’re slacking. You know when there are certain parts of your life that you are neglecting. You know when you are holding yourself back and not doing the things that will allow you to reach your full potential. Whether that be in your career, financial health, physical health or relationship, you know at your core when you are slipping.
So when that question is asked, if the answer isn’t a resounding and immediate yes, then it’s time to look in the mirror and figure out what area(s) are suffering, and why?
How do you know when you’re doing your best?
Because you know when you’re not.
