What to expect

The field of coaching whether it be performance based for work or sport, or more tailored towards self-awareness and life coaching, is inherently dependent on the coach and a client’s experience can vary dramatically from one coach to another.

Unlike counselling or certain forms of therapy, coaching has no set scope of practice and framework.  It is entirely up to the coach how they conduct their sessions and coaching practice and what tools/modalities they offer.

Through 15 years of working with clients in the In-home personal training industry, it has allowed me to learn and help the physical body but more importantly create a greater understanding of how in order for there to be lasting and transformative change, we must be working in all three areas of our experience.  The intellect, our emotions, and our nervous systems.

You can expect to have more internal resources developed and different perspectives to look from.  You can expect to have a good understanding of the Six Human Needs model, which explains so many emotions/actions like anger, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage etc.  You can expect to learn and use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) exercises to help change and maintain states and open up new perspectives.  Lastly you can expect change.  I strongly believe that everyone can change, and that it can happen in a very short amount of time.  In our session you can expect me to do everything in my power to help you achieve your desired result.
